Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used, damaged, or customized products (unless defective or incorrect).
Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective.
Hygiene-related products that have been opened (e.g., bathroom accessories).
Refund Policy
Full Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in full (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to provide bank details for a NEFT refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may proceed with a return once the item is delivered.
